Important Details:
- Please DO NOT enter your name and contact information for multiple people. For safety purposes, we need the names & contact info for each individual adult attending. Children's contact info is not required, only their name. You can just enter an X in the child's contact fields.
- If you have underlying health conditions that place you at risk, please stay home and join us ONLINE. We will continue to livestream both services at 9:00am & 11:00am.
- If you are not feeling well, have a recent positive COVID test, have recently been exposed to someone who is COVID positive or is exhibiting symptoms, or are awaiting their/your test results, please refrain from attending at this time.
- Wearing face masks will be required at all times, and temperatures will be taken upon entry. If you do not own a mask, we have a limited supply on hand.
- Children's Church and Youth Ministry will not be provided. Minors will be required to sit with their parents.
