*Johnson & Johnson - 1 shot will be administered by professionals

This is NOT a drive-through. You will need to register and come inside the building.

You MUST Register to be able to receive the vaccine.
*A valid photo ID is required.

Who can receive it?

All who meet eligibility (see below) are welcome to make an appointment!

People eligible to receive it per the State of California:

Healthcare Workers
Persons ages 50+ (this age was lowered as of April 1, 2021)
Persons ages 18+ with high risk medical condition
Essential Workers in Food/Agriculture
Educators/Childcare Providers
Emergency Services Personnel
Public Transit, Airport and Commercial Airline workers
